Here at Belicious we pursue chocolate perfection. All our chocolate is attentively produced in small batches using the highest quality ingredients. Each bar is hand wrapped using ecofriendly packaging which is fully recyclable. We strive to do everything we can to limit the amount of waste.
The heart of any chocolate recipe is the cacao. Our Rainforest Alliance certified cacao is sourced from the Coban region of Guatemala by Vintage Plantations. Like a fine wine the cacao bean reflects the unique flavor profile of the region it was grown. This pure cacao liquor is melted with additional cacao butter and stoneground with sustainable and highly nutritious organic coconut sugar. To this we then add the finest organic ingredients such as fresh ground vanilla beans, cardamom seeds, chai spices, buttery roasted coconut, Himalayan pink salt, and tangy raspberries. We believe we have achieved beautiful flavor combinations that truly showcase these ingredients. The intention we put into creating each flavor carries through the tasting experience, tantalizing your taste buds.
In addition to offering unique chocolate flavors, we also have many flavors that have the added nutrition of superfoods such as maca, camu camu, reishi, and lucuma. These foods are high in iron, potassium, zinc, calcium, protein, and magnesium thereby making your indulgence into REAL FOOD. No preservatives, additives, artificial flavors or refined sugars.
All ingredients are mindfully sourced from companies that share our ethical values. We believe in paying people a fair wage for their product and insuring there is no slavery involved. 3% of our profits are donated to Anti Slavery International.
